Plans and billing
- Can I try Energravia without an account?
- Yes. One location analysis per day works without registering. The PDF report, saving and sharing need a free account.
- Can I cancel at any time?
- Yes. Subscriptions run for one month and renew monthly; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no notice period. You can cancel in your account or via the cancellation form, which works without signing in.
- What is the difference between Report and Pro?
- Report is a one-off purchase for exactly one location including the PDF. Pro is a subscription with unlimited analyses, location comparison, batch analysis, the screening map and your own logo in the PDF.
- Do I need a credit card for the free plan?
- No. The free analysis and the free account need no payment details.
Data and accuracy
- Where does the data come from?
- Solar yields from PVGIS at the European Commission Joint Research Centre, wind data from the New European Wind Atlas, electricity prices from Eurostat, heating degree days also from Eurostat. Every source is listed with version, reference date and licence on the Data sources page.
- How accurate are the results?
- Every result is reported at P50, P75 and P90. The band follows from an uncertainty budget covering resource, model and plant. For small wind, an on-site measurement is indispensable before an investment decision — a screening can rule a site out, but cannot prove one.
- Is this a subsidised energy consultation?
- No. The results are non-binding initial information and replace neither energy consulting within the meaning of the funding programmes nor planning or an expert opinion.
- Does the model apply in all 27 countries?
- Yield and electricity prices are modelled EU-wide. Only Germany is currently modelled in full regulatory detail — feed-in tariff, degression, support schemes. Other countries use country defaults.
Reports and sharing
- May I pass reports on to my customers?
- Yes, on the Pro and Business plans. The report must be passed on in full, including assumptions, data sources and notes. The details are set out in § 7 of our Terms.
- Can I use my own logo?
- From the Pro plan. Business additionally allows full white-labelling with your own colours.
- Is there an API?
- Yes, on the Business plan: a REST API for analysis, batch analysis and reports. You create access keys in the partner portal.
